Exchange, Return and Warranty Policy

Our main commitment is to your complete satisfaction. If you have chosen a product from our virtual store, but upon receiving it, you were not satisfied or found a manufacturing defect, we guarantee your right to exchange or return it in two cases:

1.1. Dissatisfaction with the product: Within 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt (the customer can request a refund or product replacement upon return of the received product).

1.2. Defective product: Within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt (in this case, the customer is not entitled to a refund, only to the replacement of the defective product), for defects such as: product with damaged glass or display, visible scratches, missing parts, the customer has the right to activate the warranty if they contact us within 24 hours after receiving the product, and always send images of the received package. If the customer contacts us after 24 hours, it will be considered that the problem was caused by misuse.

In both situations, the first step is to contact our Customer Service via email.

Our team will instruct the customer on how to proceed with the return of the product.

For product returns due to dissatisfaction: The product must not have any signs of use. In the case of watches, the product must not have had any links removed from the bracelet for adjustment, and the product must be sent in the same condition it was received, with the original packaging (postal packaging, with label), otherwise, the refund or exchange will not be made.

As soon as we receive the package, we will analyze it to confirm that everything is in accordance with the conditions for returning the item. After confirmation, our Customer Service Team will contact you, and in this case, you can choose between:

2.1. Exchange for any other product that is available in our inventory;

2.2. Receive a refund of the amount spent on the products (in case of return within the first 7 days after receipt).

Warranty: All products in the store have a 30-day warranty, counted from the receipt of the product.

To activate the warranty, the customer must send us a video of up to 1 minute proving the problem, in this video, the packaging of the received product (postal packaging, with label) must also be shown, and it is essential that the packaging is shown in the video.

The customer can also prove the defect by sending us photos that clearly show the defect, and the packaging of the product must appear in the photo.

If the customer is unable to make the video or send the photo, it will be necessary to send us the product to our address (.........................................................) for analysis. The cost of this shipment is the customer's responsibility, but the amount spent entitles them to a discount coupon for PAC shipping, according to item 1.3 above. The product must be sent with the original packaging from the Post Office, with the recipient's label without damage.

4.1. The warranty also does not cover:

Fluid damage, such as dropping the product in water or leaving it submerged; although some products are water-resistant, there are some limits to be respected from product to product; Damage caused by an attempt to repair or adapt the device by you or third parties; Improper use of accessories; Failures or damages that may arise due to normal wear and tear - for example, scratches on the screen due to use, oxidation due to excessive uric acid of the product user; Acceptable reduction of battery life; Tests to verify the product's resistance, such as a test to verify the resistance of the watch's glass or a test to verify water resistance, among others.

4.2. Cancellations due to international logistics problems or events beyond the control of the company cannot be performed.

Warranty: All our products have a 30-day warranty, and the warranty works equally for free and paid products. If you need more information, see article 3 above. Exchanges and cancellations: we do not exchange or cancel promotional products, considering that it is a promotion in which the customer only pays the freight. The color of the product in question is sent according to availability in stock, in case of a lack of a color, another one will be sent.
