Exchange and Refund Policy

Our exchange and refund policy is valid for up to 7 days after receiving the product.

To be eligible, the product must not be used and must be in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Often there is processing time before a refund appears on your statement or invoice. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us by email at goshoppee@hotmail.com.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
